I can't remember how I became aware of this movie, but after finally getting around to it, I fell in love with it. Maybe it was because Alan Rickman is in it, obviously.
I mean, it's an interesting story about wine and how Napa became Napa, little for the history buff, but over all its not that striking of a story. It's not something that really stays with you hours after watching. It's the fun movie in October.
I also get a kick out of Chris Pine, aka Captain Kirk. I love random roles. Also, Dennis Farina is in it. He's one of the other guys that falls into the "I love that guy!" category. (also, Whedon alum, Holla!)
It was a fun movie, and of course anything with Alan Rickman is going to be great. I hope y'all enjoyed it. Made you want to go out and drink some wine, right. Or at least contemplate starting your own winery. Na, just drink some wine.
