  1. I've been waiting and waiting on my netflix for this dvd, but it keeps saying "long wait".
I'm trying to watch this Missy, really.
I actually found it on amazon.com on demand and may pay a couple of bucks to see it tonight.
I saw a preview and so far am very impressed with the talent in this show. I can't believe all the people that are in it. I can't wait to watch.

  2. The talent is awesome! I'm upset I never tried to see this before now. I always meant to though.

On my Q it says 'now'. If you don't want to pay, and Fail and wait a few, we can watch it Saturday after the game/Laguna Gloria thing?

  3. I've watched it! Or at least the first two episodes.

I have to admit, it took me a bit to get into it. I loved the cast to begin with, so I was excited, but the first episode, Willow Canyon Homeowners Annual Party, started out a bit slow for me. However, the second episode, California College Conservative Union Caucus, was hilarious.

I like how each character was described early on and you got know what part of the industry they were trying to break into. I like how they were all different. And I like how, of course, Martin Starr would be the writer.

I like it's funny when shows like this show the gritty side of the entertainment industry. Reminds me of Slings&Arrows. Not all of it is perfect and Hollywood, like Entourage.

I'm assuming, since I haven't fully done my research yet, that this is an improve show. I love it! It seems natural and I love how well they all work together. Granted, most of them have worked together in the past, at some point, so it's just fun seeing them all together again.

A side note, the California Conservatives episode, had two very interesting cast members. The VP, Jason Dohring, was in Moonlight as Joseph. Joseph was the rich oldest vampire that was the leads best friend. I loved him in Moonlight! And the Pres, Ryan Pinkston, used to be the little shit on Punked with Aston (he was also in Spy Kids 3D). I love random casting.

And, directed by Fred Savage, like the Fred Savage? Awesome!

I do enjoy this show, and I'm hoping each episode gets better.

  4. Okay. Finished the first disc. Love it. My favorite so far is Taylor Stiltskin Sweet 16. Love the cameos. And, I think I'm falling for Adam Scott. I know, it's about time.

  5. Finished the second disc. Still pretty funny. My favorite here is Celebrate Rick Sargulesh. Steven Weber as a gangster, hilarious. I also love how the random mob guys love the random actors. It made for a pretty funny episode. The Stennheiser-Pong Wedding Reception, with Kristen Bell, was also pretty hilarious.
I will definitely put S2 in my netflix, just after Oct assignments.

And it's official, I want to date Adam Scott.
